1. Using Orbit Hop

You may use Orbit Hop for personal, lawful entertainment. You agree not to misuse the game, interfere with its operation, attempt to access non-public systems, or use automated methods to disrupt gameplay or services.

2. Platform access

Orbit Hop may be made available through TikTok or other third-party platforms. Your use of those platforms is also subject to their own terms and policies. We do not control third-party platform availability or features.

3. Intellectual property

Orbit Hop, including its name, visual design, software, text, graphics, and game elements, is owned by or licensed to PT RYY Network Tech Indonesia and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the game as intended.

4. Availability and updates

We may change, suspend, or discontinue part of Orbit Hop at any time, including to fix issues, improve performance, or comply with platform requirements. We may also release updates that are necessary to keep the game working.

5. Disclaimer

Orbit Hop is provided for entertainment on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we make no guarantees that the game will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available on every device or platform.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, PT RYY Network Tech Indonesia will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the game.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of Orbit Hop after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
